4. Refund Policy

Digital Books and Audiobooks

Because digital content can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales of ebooks and audiobooks are final. We do not offer refunds for digital content that has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchase — you accidentally bought the same title twice.
